We grant you a personal, non-commercial, revocable license to use our games and services. The Services are licensed, not sold. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our Services except where the law says we can't stop you.

Our games may offer optional in-app purchases. All payments are processed by the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play), not by us. Refunds are handled by the platform according to their policies.
Virtual items and currency purchased in-game have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
All content in our Services — including artwork, music, code, logos, and game design — belongs to Blue Mustang Studios or our licensors. Please don't use our branding or content without permission.
Our Services may link to or work with third-party platforms. We're not responsible for how those services operate. Their own terms and policies apply.
We may update, change, or discontinue parts of our Services at any time. We're a small studio and things evolve. We'll do our best, but we can't guarantee the Services will always be available or error-free.
Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to make great games, but we can't promise everything will work perfectly all the time.
To the extent the law allows, Blue Mustang Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services means you accept the changes.
