Deep Sea Idle

I lost my progress after reinstalling.
Sign in with Apple or Google in the app to back up your save to the cloud. Without sign-in, progress lives only on your device. If you signed in before reinstalling, sign back in with the same account to restore your colony.

My in-app purchase didn't go through, or I didn't receive my reward.
Open the app, go to the Shop tab, and tap "Restore Purchases." If that doesn't work, email us with your Apple or Google receipt and we'll get it sorted.

How do I remove ads?
Pick up the "Remove Ads" bundle in the Shop, or any Mythic-tier offer. Both permanently disable ads on your account.

I'm stuck and can't afford the next building.
Try opening a Silver Treasure Chest (free with an ad), claim your Daily Reward, or watch a rewarded ad for a temporary production boost. After your first prestige, the first building costs scale with your prestige level so you'll always be able to get going again.

The game is using too much battery or data.
Offline earnings are capped to limit background work. If you're seeing unusual usage, please email us with your device model and OS version.

I want to delete my account or save data.
Email us at help@bluemustangstudios.com from the email associated with your sign-in and we'll delete your cloud save and any associated data.
